Pre-commissioning Training
Before a telephone system is brought into service we recommend key users are trained
individually on a similar, fully working system, covering all aspects
of the windows based operated console. It ensures that users are familiar
with the system prior to it being commissioned, thus guaranteeing as seamless
a changeover as possible.
System Administration Training
This can also be provided prior to the system being brought into service
which will ensure that staff are able to act as the system administration
from the initial commissioning. This part of telephone systems training is normally provided at
one of our offices but can be arranged at your business premises, if preferred.
